Freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is an efficient dehydrating process which freezes the product, creates a vacuum and then dries food via sublimation. This method allows fresh taste and colour - along with 97% of nutrients - to be retained with no preservatives. Freeze-drying also removes 98-99% of water content, which allows for an extremely long (years) product shelf-life. Freeze-drying is a healthy, delicious and long term solution to food preservation.
